Erotica LA to Sponsor Fashion and Rock Show

Erotica LA will also be sponsoring a fashion and rock show tomorrow, at the Spider Club in Hollywood. The fashion will be provided by Junker Designs (www.junkerdesigns.com) and modeled by Kimberly Kane, Courtney Cruz, Mig Ayesa of “Rockstar:INXS,” and Lisa D’Amato of “America’s Most Dangerous Model.” The fashion show starts at 8 p.m. Rock bands, The Shocker and Bloody Robots, will play live sets from 8:45 p.m. -10 p.m.

The Spider Club is located at 1737 North Vine Street in Hollywood.

This is one of the many Erotica LA-sponsored events leading up to the 2006 show scheduled for June 23–25 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. In celebration of its 10-year anniversary, Erotica LA is gearing up for the largest crowd in Erotica history.

"Erotica LA is everywhere,” said Cindy Cheer, marketing manager for Erotica LA. “We're sponsoring charity events, fashion shows, club nights, and soon they'll be talking about us on the hottest radio shows."

"It's Erotica LA's 10th Anniversary show and we don't want folks to miss out on what's going to be a kick ass weekend."

The show’s continued popularity and growth has already attracted a great deal of attention and the momentum isn’t slowing. Erotica LA has been described by Fox 11 News as “the largest erotic festival in the U.S.,” and as the “hottest show in LA” by KLSX’s Tom Leykis.

Bingo cards will be five dollars each, and all proceeds will benefit the South Central Farmer (southcentralfarmers.com), an activist coalition that maintains the largest urban farm in country. The evening will be hosted by Tom Morello of Audioslave and Rage Against the Machine.

Sponsors of Rock-N-Roll Bingo include an array of adult and mainstream companies, including Goldenvoice, Erotica LA, Amoeba, Card Carrying Progressive, Teen Bully, Shocking Moon. The companies have all donated prizes for the Bingo winners.

Rock-N-Roll Bingo recently received publicity from Mtv.com, and Wow TV will be filming tonight’s event.
