Engaged in acts of moral turpitude

Steven Marshank, a former New Frontier Media employee, whose lawsuit against NFM is scheduled to go to trial in October, says he'd be more than willing to give a statement regarding company charges that he [Marshank] "engaged in acts of moral turpitude" while on company business in South America. Marshank has wage claims against New Frontier Media for alleged breach of contract and other charges. The company responded with counter claims that Marshank, among other things, misrepresented his abilities to perform the job he was hired for. Alleged moral turpitude was also among the company's charges against Marshank.

Marshank: "Can you believe that? There's no basis in fact to it. This is dirty pool even if it were true. This is not the kind of thing you drag into a suit...I'd be happy to talk about this. I would love to give a statement. There's no way they could ever prove that charge, unless they could get somebody to lie to say that it happened." Marshank said he'd confer with legal counsel before making an official statement.
