Elegant Angel’s Reverses Decision; Compulsion Streets Tomorrow

Elegant Angel will be releasing the Axel Braun directed film Compulsion tomorrow, reversing the studio’s previous decision to hold the film in light of the current political climate.

“I believe the film as it is now is structured so that it works on all the levels that are important to conveying both a story and sexual energy,” Elegant Angel owner Patrick Collins, who has a non-sex role in the film as a mafia boss, told AVN.com.

For his part, director Axel Braun is thrilled that the fruits of his labor will be distributed. “I couldn’t be happier. I’m very proud of the movie and I hope it does well,” Braun said, noting that it took four months to complete.

Compulsion stars Ashley Long and Kurt Lockwood andalso features Ava Vincent, Avy Scott, Renee Pornero, Rachel Rotten, Gia Jordan, Ramona Luv, Flick Shagwell, and newcomer Katrina Kraven.

And in a surprise capacity, Belladonna does a performance first for her career – she sings the title track of the film, “I’m Not Afraid.”

Street date for the VHS is September 30, while a 2-Disc Special Edition DVD will follow in February. The DVD will contain almost an hour of extra footage.
