The photographer’s assistant who was charged with lying to authorities in connection with their investigation of the murder of Canadian adult performer Natel King has been denied a guilty plea to the two charges against her.
The Pottstown Mercury newspaper reported that Montgomery County District Attorney Bruce Castor refused to accept the plea charges from Jennifer Mitkus because of the possibility of more charges being filed against her.
