Adult performer Dick Delaware will take on no-holds-barred legend Don Frye on Saturday night at the Combate Libre Championship in Monterrey, Mexico.
The bout is a “challenge match” that is not for a title, and is a showcase on the regular fight card. The ground rules in the Delaware match call for only grappling, or “shooto,” and no strikes.
Frye, known as “The Predator,” is one of the most notorious veterans of no-holds-barred fighting. The 6-foot-1, 238-pounder was one of the early fighters in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
Delaware, whose real name is Aaron Brink, has competed in the sport five years and started a porn career late last year when he took on the name the "Pornographic Puncher." He will enter the match at 6-3 and 244 pounds. He said former UFC light heavyweight champ Tito Ortiz, who grew up with him in Huntington Beach, will be in his corner.
