The convention will draw some of Cleveland’s finest swingers, and from that group Lane will draw the names of one blessed couple who will win an all-expenses paid trip to Hedonism III in Runaway Bay, Jamaica, for Lane’s second annual, Club Fast Lane Week, scheduled for Aug. 28 through Sept. 2.
