Citing both personal and professional growth as reasons, Wicked Girl Devinn Lane decided to leave manager Lucky Smith and his A Risque Business management company, a move that took place on January 1, 2003. rnrn

"We are still friends - things are still friendly between us," Lane told AVN.com. "I thank him for his representation, it's just time for me to move on. I'm handling a lot of things on my own now that I'm more familiar with the industry and what I want to accomplish in it. This will also allow for Lucky to concentrate on the careers of new girls. He has wished me well and I wish him well with all of the girls that he represents in the future." rnrn

"Devinn's been a better client than I could have hope for. She's accomplished a great deal and I wish her the best," said Smith. "A lot of people don't understand stand that management isn't the end of someone's career - it's supposed to help you build a career and that's exactly what we've done. It's good to see Devinn move and she's still invited to our BBQs."rnrn

Lane, a nominee for AVN's 2003 Female Performer Year, can be contacted via Wicked Pictures publicist Daniel Metcalfe.
