Defiance to Hold Erotic Fashion Show for Runway

Defiance Films, in partnership with SewDown, will hold its first erotic fashion show on Wednesday featuring Los Angeles-based designer, Atousa G. and Canadian-based lingerie company, Coquette International Inc.

The event will be take place at The Vanguard in Hollywood, which has a central dance floor large enough to accommodate more than 1,000 people, an open-air patio and an upper-level VIP balcony, each with a full bar.

Coquette International will feature several styles from the new "Penthouse Lingerie by Coquette" collection, including uniquely designed bras, panties, thongs, camisoles, bustiers and corsets, among other intimate apparel. The label shows classic colors, romantic details, and subtle femininity.

The fashion show will be a prelude to the first big-budget adult feature for Defiance Films, titled Runway.

Defiance chose industry veteran Norman Bentley to direct this project. Bentley has worked on high-end fashion shoots for both Penthouse and Matrix.

"Anthony (Simone) and I have been bouncing around ideas for features for three months now, and we've received a lot of ideas from outside people, but when Bentley showed us the script for this idea called Runway, we knew this was the title and he was the one to direct it. This is high fashion meets smut, and Bentley will make this an exotic fashion piece filled with hardcore perversity. It's a title we know the fans will want to see,” said Keith O’Connor, head of production, Defiance Films.
