Daydream Production Company, owners/operators of several adult Websites, including their flagship InTheSexParty.com, has hired Dave Pounder as director of production.
"They initially hired me for a reverse gangbang shoot – me and a bunch of girls," Pounder told AVNOnline.com. "While we were waiting for the girls to show up, we discussed the industry – business ideas, marketing strategy, and the like. The next thing I know, they want to bring me on as their director of production. It was an ideal fit."
"Dave is a very professional, trustworthy individual who has a lot of experience within the adult industry," said Daydreampresident Ken. "We initially hired Dave as a performer on several of our shoots and immediately saw the value in bringing him on as a full-time employee. We were looking for someone with a mainstream business background who had experience in all aspects of the adult industry; Dave was an ideal fit for the job."
Pounder will be responsible for all production and post-production operations at the company. Daydream will continue to use Pounder as talent in their productions.
"I'll be running all aspects of production, post-production, and some sales, marketing, and PR for the company," Pounder said. "I book all the shoots, shoot camera for some of their sites, perform in others, coordinate post-production, handle press releases, and seek out new sales and distribution channels."
Currently, everything Daydream produces is distributed over the Internet. One of Pounder's primary responsibilities will be to bring a DVD presence to the company.
"We just started shooting for BikiniBanger.com which is a character site designed around my personality," he saidd. "The premise is picking up all-American girls in bikinis and at the beach, pool, etc., and bringing them home and shooting the sex. We also have plans to launch several other sites to expand our affiliate program which we are currently growing."
BikiniBanger.com will go live later this summer.
