Scott Stein of SMS Promotions, smspromotions.com gets profiled in the June 14th issue of Forbes Magazine. The article examines the economics of the adult industry and features a profile of Stein. One of Stein's claims to fame is the XXX-treme "Adults Only" vacation which he puts together and is scheduled this year for October 17th through October 23rd at a secluded Mexican beachfront resort.
"We feel as though we're onto something by providing these vacation opportunities,' Stein said. "When a prestigious magazine such as Forbes recognizes your efforts, it's quite satisfying."
Howard Stern, again, this year is a part of the media blitz hyping the vacation package. Stern's show will be offering two contests to give listeners an opportunity to win the vacation all expenses paid. The first contest is scheduled for June 3 and will be a spin on the classic "Queen For a Day". According to Stein, adult performer Wendy Knight will be on that Stern show. Then, scheduled for a later date, the Stern show will offer a concept-contest: "What Insane Thing Will You Do to Win a Vacation".
"The Stern show has remained very supportive of us," Stein said. Stein will be promo-ing the vacation throughout the summer with junket stops at Exotica LA in June, along with the AVN Adult Expo and Lifestyles' convention both scheduled in July.
