show bride who married Rick Rockwell on television -- then wanted nothing more to do with him -- may be ready to bare it for Playboy magazine for a reported six figures
The Post said Conger, who has toyed with the idea of posing nude for Playboy since she became a household name on the February FOX-TV special ``Who Wants to Marry a Multimillionaire,'' has agreed to a layout in the magazine. Conger married Rockwell in front of 22 million television viewers on ``Multimillionaire,'' a ratings sensation for FOX. But the show became a national scandal after a web site revealed allegations of violence in Rockwell's past.
Conger wanted little to do with Rockwell on their honeymoon and said afterward that she would end the marriage. She was granted an annulment by a Las Vegas judge earlier this month.
A spokeswoman for Playboy refused to confirm or deny the report about Conger, saying the Post reporter took comments by a representative for the magazine ``out of context.''
``We're not confirming or denying that story,'' said Elizabeth Norris. ``Its our policy never to discuss anything until it may or may not happen.'' The Post story cited an unnamed source as saying Conger would get paid ``just over six figures'' for her appearance in the magazine.
