Dane Executive Goes on KSEX to Promote MDA

Dane Productions Vice President, Bob, went on KSEX Radio last night to spread the word about his recent campaign for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).

“KSEX afforded me a full hour of air time to ask for the support of the entire adult community in the fight against neuro-muscular disease,” Bob told AVN.com. “I hope that those who were not sure whether to help in this battle will now understand a little more about it, and contribute whatever they can.

“As I said last night, no amount is too small. You give from the heart, and you will feel terrific. I am available all the time to answer questions, appear anywhere I can…whatever I can do to collect funds, so someday, muscular dystrophy will be a thing of the past.”

Bob recently announced that Dane will be donating a percentage of all its sales for the month of August to the MDA.

“All money collected will be donated during the ‘Jerry Lewis Labor Day Telethon,’” Bob said. The annual, nationally-syndicated telethon will air on September 3 and 4. Dane and a group of volunteers will be representing the Free Speech Coalition, a industry legal watchdog, at the annual telethon.

Bob went on to say that he is also trying to start a “Dance for those who Can’t” campaign in Porn Valley, to raise money for the telethon. “Last night, [KSEX DJ] Batman, who has become a strong ally in this quest, had a great idea. All the various strip clubs have the great fortune of having ladies that are healthy and able to dance. [They could] pass a bucket around for MDA.

“When the guys put some dollars on the stage, they could take one of those and put it in the bucket, and once a week, donate it. [And for] club owners, anything they wish to donate is tax deductible. They can take one hour of receipts and send it in.”

All those wishing to make a contribution to the Muscular Dystrophy Association from the adult industry, which Bob will try to get recognized on the air, Labor Day Weekend, can send their check or money order, made out to MDA, to:
