The distribution company Dane Productions is passing a 10-year milestone as a self-proclaimed “one-stop shop.” Bob, VP at Dane Productions, explained to AVN.com that he is at Dane headquarters seven days a week, tediously creating specific orders for each custumer himself.
“I don’t believe in pre-packs,” Bob told AVN.com. “I try to work with each customer on an individual basis. When you call me up, I’m going to ask you what sells in your area, how you want them packed, and what I can do to help you generate business. Then I’m going to work out a tailor made shipment for each customer.”
Bob explained that oftentimes with larger distribution companies, customers won’t receive exactly what they want.
Bob went on to explained that by focusing on each individual customer’s specific needs, Dane has been able achieve a higher level of customer service. “Dane might not be the biggest company,” said Bob, “but it is, I feel, the most appreciative.”
As for the future, Bob says that Dane wants to expand in its 11th year. “I hope more people will allow us the opportunity to work with them, as we go into our 11th year.”
“I can promise, I’ll bust my ass to satisfy the customer.”
