D?j? Vu is celebrating the birthday of two staffers on May 22 at the Beverly Club. In honor of the Jason and Ramsey's birthdays, they are inviting the adult industry down for a night of burlesque dancing and dollar drink specials.
"We just though it would be nice to invite everyone down for a big blowout," said Troy Mora, D?j? Vu's director of marketing, who noted that this could be the venue's last big event before it becomes a Hustler Club.
To attend the party, you must call the VIP line. Only people placed on the guest list will be allowed in before 9 p.m. After 9 p.m., the general public will be allowed in. Geminis and women get in free until 11 p.m.
The doors will open at 5 p.m. for those on the guest list, with dollar drinks from 5-8 p.m., and free food from 6-8 p.m. There will be three burlesque shows that evening.
In other D?j? Vu news, on June 18 the Ontario, California, venue will celebrate their grand reopening after undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation. The result of the renovation is a two-story building with state of the art equipment
"This is going to be one of our premier clubs," Mora said. "Everything is going to be electronic. From the turnstile when you come in down to the purchasing of the dances, it's all electronic."
