With its new release, Shane's Addiction, Mike Boyd will assume the chief director position at D&E Productions, studio head David Adamson told AVN.com Wednesday.
The four-year-old company is in the process of strengthening its brand "with a whole new look, new graphics, new marketing, hotter guys, hotter videos," Adamson said. Boyd, who takes over director duties from Adamson, also lensed D&E's Str8 Dudes Cummin' Out and has been filming content for the company's new pay site, AllBoysVideo.com.
Recent D&E releases include Dave & Eddie's Private Lessons, College Boy Physicals 2, and Glory Hole 3ways.
"Mike is moving D&E in a new direction," Adamson said. "He has a great eye for talent. Matched with his video expertise, you'll be seeing hotter action in D&E titles."
Shane’s Addiction, which stars CitiBoyz Video discovery Shane Stone, is slated for a March 25 release.
