Adult film star Cindy Crawford told AVN.com Monday she wanted to make a public apology for some of her actions in the past two years.
Her statement follows:
"I would like to make a public apology to any and everyone in the adult industry whom I flaked on, blew off, or simply withdrew my friendship from. For the past two years I had been struggling with a severe drinking problem, which ultimately led me to flaking on, or not accepting scenes. To these people I especially apologize to.
"My actions on and off set for the past year have been unacceptable, and I have come to realize that now thanks to the special programs at AA. I want to say thank you to all those who supported me during the decision to obtain help, and to those who continue to support me all the way to the end.
