The second incarnation of IwantU.com's Costa Rica Bash is off and running. Tuesday night's pre-pre-party at Tango India (the strip club/brothel with the DC3 hanging from the roof) kicked things off. Everyone was awake by midday Wednesday, recovering, re-energizing, and getting ready for the final night's Pirate Bar party, sponsored by XonDemand and NicheShops. During some late-night revelry, "El Pueblo," a four-square block of multiple nightclubs, and the Del Rey provided enough carnality and alcohol-fueled frivolity to make Jim Belushi blush.
An early morning breakfast at Denny's got everyone ready for registration and the two-hour bus trip to Jaco Beach. (The second annual crocodile feeding at the halfway point was sponsored by LionDollars this year and should yield some great pictures.)
As people continue to roll into the Jaco Beach fiesta, the weather's perfect, the surf is capping, the party just keeps getting better, and the business opportunities are well on their way to making this another fun and extremely productive Costa Rica Bash.
