Mainstream management company Connoisseur Management, run by former Capitol Records Senior VP Dan Hubbert, is seeking "the next adult film superstar" and is currently accepting submissions.
The Perfect 10 Search is looking for a new adult faces to present to the major studios to secure a contract.
"I want to find some girls that are great, talented, and amazing," Hubbert told AVN.com. "When I find those girls, I am going to take them to the studios and pitch them. If we are in agreement and they see what I see, then we're going to do a contract and I will manage these girls.
"My expertise is in mainstream movies and music. We represent sports stars, artists, and directors," Hubbert explained. "We are an entertainment company with a music, publishing, and management division. The management division is branching out into this world because we have this relationship with the studios and are going to pursue finding them some talent. The girl is going to get a contact because we won't sign them if they don't get a contract.

"We will do official meetings here at the office, but not a casting call," Hubbert said. "If they don't have a professional package, then we will arrange a shoot and make them an EPK or portfolio."
