Combat Units in Iraq Get Into Rockman Collecting

The Porn for our Troops in Combat program, a program created by Rockman Entertainment, has reportedly garnered enthusiastic responses from U.S. combat units serving in Iraq. The first “care packages” of DVDs, T-shirts, and other items shipped by Rockman Entertainment to the troops have recently arrived in Iraq.

The company reported that emails of support and requests for care packages, from soldiers, have been pouring into the Rockman Entertainment website (www.rockmanentertainment.com).

The company reported that the most recent request came from a Sergeant-First Class (name and unit withheld), as he wrote, “Brett, I have 22 soldiers assigned to me and we would be greatly appreciative if we could get a couple of those care packages sent to us. We have been here 7 months so you can imagine how 22 guys act after that.”

Upon receiving the emails, Brett Rockman declared, "More soldiers are asking for DVDs? That's great news! That means word of what we are doing is spreading. It really is the least we could do to make their life a little better. I ask myself, what would I want if I were out there? We plan to continue the program as necessary, but look forward to the day our troops return home.”
