Colt Studio, Badpuppy Announce Web Partnership

Colt Studio Group has signed an agreement to develop and stream Colt Man member Websites in partnership with Cocoa, Fla.-based Badpuppy Enterprises, Inc.

The agreement anticipates the creation of several adult male model Websites that will feature various Colt Men, as well as streaming distribution through selected channels. These live streaming shows will then be available on select Badpuppy properties and on ColtStudio.com.

TomChase.com was the first Colt Man Website launched under the new partnership.

"We're thrilled about our partnership with Badpuppy Enterprises," Colt Studio group CEO Tom Settle told AVNOnline.com. "[Colt Studio's] John Rutherford and [Badpuppy's] Bill Rivers are longtime friends who are very glad to be doing business together. We have long admired the work that Bill and his team at Badpuppy have done over the years and are excited about these new portals."

"We are absolutely delighted that we have formed a new business relationship with John Rutherford and his team at Colt Studio Group," said Badpuppy Enterprises president William G. Pinyon. "We intend to move rapidly now to put in place the infrastructure and team that will support and develop this new business into the great success that it deserves."

Rutherford and his team will have full creative control and brand autonomy, while Badpuppy will head the technical and administrative side, utilizing their domain expertise in streaming and content production.

In addition to the launch of TomChase.com, additional Colt Man Websites like TodParker.com and RobRomoni.net will be launched in the coming months.

"With the support of Badpuppy.com, we are able to quickly build and launch key model sites and we are confident that in the future we will be able to take other important strategic initiatives more quickly and extensively than we could have on our own," said Rutherford. "We look forward to taking the Colt Men model Websites to the next stage in its development."
