East Coast mainstay, Coast to Coast, is in the final editing stages of readying its largest release yet with Stiffer Competition. The feature is a modernized version of the Caballero classic, Stiff Competition.
In the feature, Hillary Scott stars as “Deep Throat Debi,” a rags-to-riches deep throat star that rises through the ranks of an underground blow job circuit. Jim Powers, who directed the title, explained Stiffer Competition as a film about “a girl who finds her calling in blowjobs…it’s a feel-good story. I’d compare it to the story of [Olympic medalist] Nadia Comaneci. Basically, it's about a girl picking herself up by her bootstraps and using her acrobatic prowess to get back on top.”
“It’s a comedic Rocky-style feature,” explained the title’s producer, Bruce Berman. “It has a training montage and everything.”
Scott’s nemesis role is split between Ava Ramone and AVN 2005 Female Performer of the Year, Audrey Hollander.
Van Damage stars as Scott’s manager, as she rises to the top of the oral crop. In the video’s grade finale, a pay-per-view-style bout, Scott tests her blowjob skills against “the Texas Tornado” (aka Katie Gold), before a crowd of over 80 screaming spectators.
Amongst the dozens of cameos and non-sex roles, Herschel Savage (who starred in the original Caballero title) plays the announcer role that Ron Jeremy did in the original. Kyle Stone also plays an acting part that both Berman and Powers say is very funny.
The feature is two hours long with a whopping 11 sex scenes. The video also stars a cast of over 100 people, with over 30 performers. “I just kept shooting and shooting and shooting,” said Powers. "There’s a lot of story there. I actually wish I could have made it longer.”
Stiffer Competition is set to street in April. Amongst the large cast, the title also stars Kat Kleavage, Jackie Moore, Alex Devine, Emma Redd, Paris and Leah Stevenson.
