ClubJenna Signs Deal with Sims for Jenna Jameson Line of Snowboards

Multiple AVN Award winner Jenna Jameson has teamed up with top snowboard maker Sims to create a new line of boards featuring Jameson. The first board, due this fall, features her entwined fellow Vivid Girl Briana Banks.

The new board, part of the Sims Fader series, features an image of the two stars from Briana Loves Jenna, the video that was named AVN’s Best Selling Adult Video of 2002 and continues to outsell nearly all other titles.

Both Jameson and Banks were featured on Sims’ Fader boards introduced last year as part of a Vivid Girl line of boards that almost instantly became best sellers. This new deal for Jameson is through ClubJenna, the adult studio and marketing company that Jameson owns.

“The huge success of last year’s Fader series confirmed our belief that the fan base for Jenna among snowboarders is terrific,” according to Travis Wood, head of marketing for Sims. “We chose one of the hottest scenes from the best selling Briana Loves Jenna feature to illustrate the top sheet of the new board because it’s so wildly popular.”

Sims received a few complaints for teaming up with Vivid for a product popular with teenagers, but shrugged off the criticism. Earlier this year they threw a party at a trade convention that they titled the "Sims Snowboards 'We need sex to sell our brand’ Party".

The Briana Loves Jenna board was featured on the invite.

Fader boards have level 4 carbon/Kevlar stringer support, true wood core, wet lamination, rounded sidewalls, die cut sintered base and progressive side cut “for a smooth and responsive ride,” according to promotional literature on the Sims Website.

They will come in three adult sizes, 155 cm, 158 cm and 161 cm with an SRP of $399 in retail stores in the fall of 2004.
