consideration, Citibank has decided to drop its lawsuit against Seattle-based Internet Entertainment Group [IEG]. The lawsuit was filed last Friday when Citibank accused IEG of allegedly infringing on the Citibank trademark by using the website address wwwcitibank.com. IEG claims to have no connection with this address, that it's being used by someone named Rafael Fortuny of Miami who claims to be an IEG franchisee. IEG claims to have no connection with Fortuny.
