CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Cezar Capone has struck a deal to distribute amateur content produced by Platinum Media. The new Platinum Select line will debut through Pulse Distribution in January.
Founded in 1999, Maine-based Platinum Media scored AVN Award nominations for such titles as Moose Alley Amateurs and 18 and Still in School. The Platinum Select brand will offer added value with more scenes and bonus features in such forthcoming titles as 100% Pure Amateur Teens and Real Hockey Moms.
"Platinum Select is one of the finest amateur lines I have ever seen," said Howard "The Machine" Levine, national sales manager for Cezar Capone. "Their content and production is among the best on the market today. I really think they are a leader in this genre."
Capone will handle Platinum Media's back catalog titles as well as new releases. The deal strengthens the amateur segment of Capone's distribution portfolio, which already includes the Amateur District line acquired from Red Light earlier this year.
"[Cezar Capone head] Bill Fisher and I are extremely picky about who we will distribute," Levine said. "We will only deal with companies that put out the absolute best, Platinum Select qualifies with flying colors."
