LOS ANGELES—Cezar Capone Films is currently looking for principal cast members for its upcoming parody of the 1970's TV series "Charlie's Angels."
Capone's movie will be called Charlie's Fallen Angels and is scheduled to be shot during the last week of November in Los Angeles.
"Girls should email their picture to [email protected] along with their stats and what they’re willing to do," Capone said. "This will be a scripted parody."
"Charlie's Angels," which was on ABC from 1976 to 1981, was about three women who work for a private investigation agency. It starred the late Farrah Fawcett. A movie of the same name based on the series was released in theatres in 2000.
Capone recently got into the parody genre with the Britney Spears takeoff Fuck Me Baby One More Time, which came out in October.
"We knocked it out of the park with that, it did phenomenal," said Hyland Church, sales manager for Cezar Capone, which is exclusively distributed by Pulse Distribution. "It sold really, really well. As a matter of fact, we ran out of what we initially ordered and we had to order more."
