Celebrity Porn Broker Says he has Hilton Diaries

David Hans Schmidt, a reputed peddler of celebrity porn videos, has told the Los Angeles Times that he has acquired personal diaries and other items belonging to Paris Hilton which were allegedly taken from a storage facility.

Schmidt, who has brokered deals involving celebrity sex tapes, told the newspaper that he acquired the items from a third party and is now willing to sell them back to the socialite provided she pays for them. He said he plans to put the items up for auction, with bidding beginning at $20 million.

The items include photographs of Hilton at parties and with her family, along with a number of computers, videos, furniture and sex toys, said Schmidt who lives in Arizona.

Hilton is reportedly distraught that her personal diaries were among the items taken from the storage space. In them, the newspaper says, Hilton writes about her sexual encounters with other celebrities and about other aspects of her personal life.

Hilton publicist Elliot Mintz said Hilton had put the items in storage in 2004 when she was moving out of her sister Nicky’s home to move into her own apartment. The items were later sold by the storage company in what Mintz called “a bureaucratic foul up.”

By law, storage companies are allowed to sell the contents of storage spaces when they are deemed abandoned by their owners.

Mintz added that Schmidt’s asking price for the items was “irrational.”
