Past gubernatorial candidate and porn star, Mary Carey, is set to make an appearance in the Naked Women’s Wrestling League (NWWL).
The NWWL is a light-hearted, pay-per-view take-off of the World Wrestling Federation, wherein female participants wrestle each other, completely naked. Headed by Carmen Electra, the NWWL has had a previous league ban on adult talent until Carey’s upcoming Toronto appearance.
The always vivacious Carey told AVN.com that she’ll be appearing on the upcoming episode to “stand up for porn stars! How can you have a show that has naked, beautiful women on it, but no porn stars?”
Carey, a Legend contract girl, also said that she’s “nervous and excited” about the chance to meet Electra. “When I was growing up,” Carey added, “I used to look at Carmen Electra and be like ‘whoa.’”
Carey’s plan is to interrupt an ongoing match, say a speech about the rights of adult film stars, and then strip down to nothing.
Fans will have an opportunity to vote Carey into the league, and if they do, Carey will become a regular wrestler in the NWWL. “I already have to do a little bit of training and learn some of the wrestling moves,” remarked Carey.
