A health care executive has been sentenced to three years in prison and ordered to pay $15,000 to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children after being convicted for possession of child pornography.
Raymond “Beau” Carter, 61, was arrested in September 2003 for using the Internet to arrange a meeting at a Northern California location to attempt to commit lewd and lascivious acts with two minor females.
