Adult toy and novelty manufacturer California Exotic Novelties announced the signing of vacuum pump technology pioneer Dr. Joel Kaplan to a multi-year endorsement deal.

Dr. Kaplan, who has a PhD in Clinical Psychology and Human Sexuality, is the only person in the adult industry that has ever received FDA Approval and Registration for a vacuum pump device. The University of Chicago Graduate currently enjoys a flourishing practice in San Diego, California where he specializes in vacuum pump therapy for penis enlargement and impotence.
