Cabaret Interactive Looks to Fill Void in Gentlemen’s Club News

Intracos Media has launched CabaretInteractive.com, a free online interactive cabaret community for gentlemen’s club personnel.

The site features bulletin boards, private messaging, club news, and photos and schedules of entertainers.

The site is the brainchild of Intracos president Ross Yamashita, who began his career as a floor host at Las Vegas’ Club Paradise in 1998, opened Sapphire Gentlemen’s Club as a manager in December 2002, and is now opening Sin Gentlemen’s Cabaret, tentatively scheduled for November 27.

With years of experience on the scene, Yamashita believes CabaretInteractive.com fills a much-needed void.

“We get a lot of dancers traveling from California, Phoenix, and around the nation for big conventions in Las Vegas. We also see a lot of conventioneers from around the world in Las Vegas,” Yamashita told AVNOnline.com. “Speaking with members of the gentlemen’s club industry, I found that there is not a centralized Web site that encompasses all aspects of the gentlemen’s club community, from new laws passed to what clubs entertainers prefer and what clubs customers had a good or bad experience at.”

Yamashita envisions the site as a place those in the industry can learn about legal issues, promotions, and what’s going on at various clubs. He has plans to add a section to the site that allows Adult film stars to post tour dates and venues when they are working the dance circuit.

Intracos Media is an Adult retail consulting company and also puts retail stores in gentlemen’s cabarets. Intracos will open a 4,000-square-foot retail store – the Las Vegas Museum of Sex and Erotic Art – in Las Vegas in January 2005.
