CYBERPORN NURSES AWAITING APPEAL RULING

A decision on whether to reinstate husband-and-wife intensive care nurses over their adult Internet site is still pending, but the husband half of the couple is not optimistic about keeping the affair out of court. \nTRACY AND GEORGE MILLER - Awaiting hospital appeal ruling.

George and Tracy Miller had their appeal before Scottsdale Healthcare Hospital last Thursday. George says the decision could come within the next few weeks.

"(But) I venture to say that it will not be different, and we will still be terminated," he tells AVN On The Net."

The Millers were fired last month after designing and building an adult-oriented Web site showing vivid photographs of Tracy Miller (a.k.a. Dakota Rae) and of the couple themselves engaging in sexually-related activity. They have said they started the site to raise money to finance their children's future college education.

The hospital has accused them of trying to recruit fellow staffers to appear on the site, an accusation the couple denies vigorously. They say the hospital has no right to discipline them based on off-duty activities, which were not indulged with hospital equipment.

The case has drawn national media attention as well, and the couple have since expanded to present another 250 photographs on several other websites as well as their own. They now work the adult web business full-time and say they could earn up to $100,000 a year doing so.
