"I and my friends were renting too many (adult) movies and we decided that we could make better ones than what we were seeing." That, Trevor Wright says, is why he helped create Canada's first and only "quality" adult entertainment production company, launching in June with its Office Fantasy series.
And they're aiming for a somewhat distinct audience: couples.
The six-film series's first entry, Behind the CEO Door, stars Lexei Bacci, a Canadian-born actress with Italo-German roots who stripped to pay her way through college. "One of her happiest moments," Slinky says, "was when Lexei told her family what she had chosen to do for a living and they did not hit the roof."
The series is somewhat unique, in that it aims at a couples viewership, something Slinky says it wants to reach by way of high production values and comedy as well as sex.
Slinky also has a Web site under construction, www.slinkyproductions.com, and "under construction" is assuredly the position it is in, with a few small kinks to wring out but already some pertinent information and imagery.
They've also released another feature, Tight Annick.
