CAN'T TAKE KIDS TO NUDE PARK

The parent suing over their right to take their children to the state's only government-sanctioned nude beach have lost the suit and will appeal.

The Associated Press says a judge has upheld Travis County's rule banning children from Hippie Hollow Park, a riverfront nude beach. Bob and Christine Morton argued their First Amendment and parental rights were being violated, but county officials say the Lake Travis spot is too dangerous for children against sexual predators.

"We had pretty much expected that we would lose at this level," Bob Morton tells the AP. "I guess there's a disappointment because the county is using its time and its money, which is really our money, to try to attack us this way."

The Mortons say they will appeal all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court if need be.
