GLENDALE, Calif.—Owned by Tom Byron and operated by former Vivid Girl Tori Welles, Hall of Fame Management has opened for business. The company’s current roster includes Lizzy Borden and AVN Hall of Famer Nikki Charm.
Hall of Fame Management also opens with a new business model. Instead of charging the usual agency fee, the company only will charge a flat rate $350 per month management fee, which is offset by a guaranteed $500 scene for the company every month.
“We saw how much companies were spending in agency fees every year, and how much the girls were paying out every month in percentages,” Byron said. “We figured there had to be a better way.”
HOFM also seeks to represent directors, editors and photographers in addition to on-camera talent.
“We want to be more than just another agency, who pressures talent to do any and everything so we can make the most money off of them,” Welles said. “We want to help guide these girls’ careers. We don’t want to make a quick buck, we want to create career longevity and make stars.”
Welles won the AVN award for Best New Starlet in 1990.
The Hall of Fame Management website also incudes video clips of each performer for producers to get a better idea of how they look in real life.
