Stan Bulygo is stepping down as president of adult Web design and hosting company Like Whoa, the company announced June 6, after notifying chief executive officer Nick Tukhman and the company's board of directors that he would do so. "Like Whoa has been a large part of my life, and it has taught me a lot," Bulygo said in a statement. "My vision for the company remains strong, and I see a great number of products that are set to launch over the next few months. I see many opportunities in adult and other industries that I have decided to pursue."
Tukhman was unavailable for comment as this story went to cyberpress.
Tukhman will buy the outstanding Like Whoa shares and continue managing the company, according to an agreement with Bulygo, the company said.
Bulygo said he wasn't cutting all ties with Like Whoa, but that he would continue doing business with the company as a customer. "I feel that Nick Tukhman's leadership will fulfill the vision we both set out to do years ago," he said. "I'd like to thank all of customers and partners that conducted business with me during the course of my tenure as an executive of the company".
