The Old Bridge Ranch, a brothel east of Sparks, Nev., is back in business again. A federal judge ruled that the month-long closing imposed on the place when county authorities lifted its license was unconstitutional.\n Storey County closed the place down June 2 after it claimed that the owner, David Burgess, was associating with members of the Hells Angels motorcycle gang posed a danger to the community and that the county had an interest in who patronizes the brothel. Judge David Hagen ruled that there was no evidence that showed that Burgess¼ association with the motorcycle club would result in the appearance of corruption.\n Burgess has no criminal record and had operated the house of prostitution for 10 years. His wife, Ingrid, said she took full advantage of the shutdown. She said she used the time the brothel was closed to give it a full spring cleaning.
