U.S. Open winner Jim Furyk was the recipient of a pair of roses and an eyeful of porn star Brittney Skye during the final round of last weekend’s tournament.
Skye approached Furyk as he was on the 11th hole of the final round, streaking across the green to deliver two roses to the golfer. The only thing on her chest were some pasties and a tattoo for GoldenPalace.com, an online Casino that has gained notoriety in the last month with two other streaking incidents at major sporting events.
The first streaking incident was at the Union of European Football Association’s Cup Finals; the second was at the Association of Tennis Professionals French Open. Skye was the first female streaker for GoldenPalace.com.
“I’ve seen their ad tattoos before,” Skye said in a GoldenPalace.com press release, “and I thought it would be a great opportunity to get some exposure and be part of a new marketing trend.”
“It definitely caught me off-guard,” Furyk said, recalling the experience at a post-tourney press conference. “I looked up, turned around and the woman was four feet away from me holding a flower. All I was thinking was, ‘I love my wife’”
The incident didn’t disturb his concentration too much – Furyk went on to win the tourney.
