The couple's agreement with Assistant Prosecutor Howard Gilfert dismisses charges of endangering their granddaughter's welfare and attempting to influence her testimony.rnrn

It is a conditional plea because the couple said they would go to the state appeals court to determine if acts involving sadism and masochism are covered by laws against prostitution.rnrn

The couple have admitted they had advertised their services in several magazines, made appointments with clients, and provided services in return for pay. Those services included confinement in stocks, cross-dressing, and other acts of bondage and domination.rnrn

Pizio and Hunsinger had lived quietly in their community, until a visiting child died in their swimming pool May 24, 2001.rnrn

Police investigating the death found a room filled with sex paraphernalia, including items used for bondage and torture, at the couple house. While no charges were filed against the couple regarding the drowning of the child, the discovery of their lifestyle led to the charges of endangering their granddaughter. rnrn
