CHATSWORTH, Calif. – Pure Play Media has promoted Bill Rix to National Sales Manager.

Rix joined the Pure Play team in January as Key Account Sales Manager. He will now lead the company's sales department, overseeing all sales and marketing for Pure Play's distributed studios including Private Media Group, Homegrown Video, Seymore Butts, Naughty America, Score, Silver Sinema, Swank, Hundies, Suze Randall and Asia Bootleg.
Previously, Rix was Director of Sales and Marketing for Danni.com and has spent time with adult studio Elegant Angel. Prior to entering the adult business in 2005, Rix spent 18 years working in the music industry, holding positions at Elektra Records/Warner Music Group, Skaggs Records, and independent record label KOCH.
