Taking advantage of the media attention of a 1977 interview of Arnold Schwarzenegger by Oui magazine has received, the publishers of the magazine will announce a new line of novelties at a party tonight to celebrate the republication of the interview – days before the recall election in which Schwarzenegger is considered a contender.
The Oui Toy line will announce their joint venture with adult novelty maker Ben Wa and marketing and design team the RAD Group to create a branded novelty line for the adult publication at a party tonight
"We are very excited about our joint venture and feel that Oui having a name like Ben Wa, a name that has been around for years," said Susan Traub, President of Global Media Group, publisher of Oui magazine.
The toys will be designed, packaged and marketed by the RAD Group. The first wave of the Oui Toy line will be in the stores by Christmas and with names like "The Beast."
Oui is super over the top, and we plan on staying true to that spirit in the design of the Oui Toy line," said Colleen Mott, controller and inventor at Ben Wa.
Jill Kelly Production contract performer Jenna Haze, the 2003 AVN Best New Starlet, graces the cover of issue #368 in which Oui reprinted the now infamous interview with Schwarzenegger. There is also an interview and photo layout with Haze inside the magazine, which went on sale earlier this month.
Haze will be co-hosting the party and will be signing copies of the magazine. She will be joined by other JKP Girls.
