Bang Productions, best known as the makers of Bang Bus, continue their formula of releasing content from their family of Web sites on DVDs with Ass Parade, an ass-worship video series culled from their Web site of the same name.
“All of our products are up first online. The reaction they receive online is actually how we determine how quickly they get turned into DVDs,” Penn, the COO of Bang Productions told AVN.com. “The content on Ass Parade was some of our most popular outside of Bangbus.”
Penn brushes aside any suggestion that fans that have seen the content online will be less likely to buy the video. In fact, Penn considers the accessibility of Bang Bros content online critical to their business plan.
“The truth is the more popular the Web version was, the better the DVD sells. The reason why they do so well is because they’ve been online. We have a very loyal fan base that wants to own our product, they like having the DVDs,” Penn said. “The DVD offers higher quality versions that they can watch on a big screen instead of on their computer monitor, and we have tons of extra features that increase the perceived value.”

Dirty Sanchez, the in-house director for Bang Productions in charge of many of their most popular lines, directed Ass Parade.
