NorthStar Associates and Newport Distribution have announced the addition of Michael Atkins to their sales and marketing staff.
Atkins comes into the new position with four years of adult experience working for the Hightstown, N.J.-based IVD.
“I am excited to be a part of such a fantastic company," Atkins said. "This was a tough decision to make. IVD and their entire staff and ownership have been great and very supportive to me over the last few years. They have taught me a lot and now I want to take it to the next level."

I look forward to working with the rest of the team to help take the company to the next level by continuing to offer excellent product, building new lines, implement new marketing strategies and providing complete customer service in this competitive market."
