Attorney Steven D. Howard, the attorney for Brooke Ashley, says he's considering adding World Modeling to the current list of defendants DEPENDING upon what relationship owner Jim South had to collecting performers' HIV tests at the time Brooke was infected, and, if Howard determines there's any evidence suggesting that South may have known beforehand that Wallice was HIV positive. Howard's also looking into the role of the Free Speech Coalition in either collecting or monitoring performers' HIV tests.
