LOS ANGELES - Arrow Productions is throwing another round of parties this weekend at three Los Angeles county bars that currently sell the company's Deep Throat Energy Drinks.
Along with Arrow's mechanical bull and Deep Throat girls, the parties offer drink specials and a variety of contests. Bar patrons will have the chance to compete for such titles as Sexiest Bull-Riding Lady, Longest Bull Ride and Deepest Throater of the energy drink can.
"The last round of parties we did a few weeks ago we rocked every bar that we stopped at," said Arrow marketing director Robert Interlandi. "Gallagher's Pub and Grill in Long Beach tripled their sales from a normal Thursday by just having us there. One of the Deep Throat Girls was cocktailing and sold a whole tray of Deep Throat Orgasm shots to a guy just because he loved the name. He started giving out Deep Throat Orgasms to all of his friends.
"Another cool thing was that these bars put our Deep Throat table tents next to the salt and pepper on the table," Interlandi continued. "I have always thought that Deep Throat was like salt and pepper in a porn shop; now it's moving into the bars? Dreams do come true!"
The parties will also feature Arrow's Deep Throat beer bong contest and "show us your cans" Deep Throat Pastease contest.
Interlandi recalled a special moment from the last Deep Throat beer bong contest.
"There was a girl taking a beer bong that couldn't handle it," he said. "Beer started spewing out of her mouth and the hose onto her white T-shirt, which totally lead to a wet t-shirt contest. This little accident was the inspiration for the contest finale."
Party on, dudes.
The Deep Throat Energy Drink festivities will run from 9 p.m. - 2 a.m. at the following locations:
June 19 - Gallagher's Pub and Grill, 2751 E. Broadway, Long Beach, Calif.
June 20 - Club 5150, 15401 Valley Blvd., City of Industry, Calif.
June 21 - Blue Moon Nights, 4712 Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood, Calif.
