Jon Blatt, Antigua Pictures' prez of domestic sales, announced today that Antigua has acquired distribution rights to well-known gay wrestling line On Top Productions.
The first title to be released is Wrestling Auditions, the first number of On Top's seventh series.
On Top, only Antigua's second gay line, came to the company after leaving its previous distributor. Blatt said he jumped at the chance to distribute high-end On Top because "it's phenomenal product." Blatt, whose experience in the gay market goes back to the 1980s and L.A. Video's Nova line, also said he is looking for other high-end gay product to distribute.
Wrestling Auditions is available now and a new title will be released in December. Beginning in January, Antigua plans to distribute two On Top titles per month.
