CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Hollywood gossip site TMZ.com reports that a sex tape has surfaced featuring "American Idol" contestant Jessica Sierra. According to TMZ, the tape is due for release through "a major porn company" by year's end.
Sierra made the news earlier this week for getting arrested Saturday night in Tampa, Florida on charges of disorderly intoxication, violation of probation and obstruction of justice. She reportedly propositioned her arresting officer with an offer to "suck his dick."
Sierra now faces up to 11 years in jail for the arrest, having been on probation for earlier charges of felony battery and cocaine possession. She pleaded not guilty to the new charges, and is being held in lockup without bond at least until her next hearing on Dec. 20.
The sex tape was reportedly shot this year and depicts Sierra in a variety of sexual poses in what looks like a cheap hotel room.
Reps for Red Light District and Vivid Entertainment both told AVN they had no knowledge of the tape. SugarDVD confirmed to AVN that the company had been approached to make an offer on the footage approximately a month and a half ago, but declined to purchase the rights to the property due to a high asking price.
Porn star Mary Carey appeared with Sierra on VH1's upcoming show "Celebrity Rehab." Carey told AVN that during production of the reality series, Sierra told her of videotaping "some sex scenes."
Sierra is the second "American Idol" contestant to have a rumored sex tape emerge. In February, pictures appearing to show Antonella Barba performing oral sex on an unidentified man were posted on the internet.
