Angie Katze to Represent Venus-Berlin

BERLIN—Adult entertainment and lifestyle show Venus-Berlin proudly presents the new face for this year’s mega event: Coburg jet set girl Angie Katze, who will represent this year’s trade show.

Expect to see the German It Girl on numerous posters and other advertising media during the entire campaign, from now until the start of the trade show.

Slated for Oct. 21-24, Venus-Berlin is the largest international trade show of its kind and will take place underneath the Berlin radio tower.

“We are very excited to again have a celebrity personality under contract to represent Venus,” trade show manager Peter Buebel said. “Angie Katze is an asset to the show who perfectly matches our profile, and her posters are guaranteed to grab a great deal of attention.”

This Coburg-based cat lover, an assistant tax consultant by profession who appears on the site Angie-Katze.de, is wild about glamorous parties. Along with her boyfriend Florian Stöhr and other celebrities like Tatjana Gsell, Angie Katze laid her claim to fame with out-of-this-world parties broadcast by German TV network RTL’S breakfast and noon TV formats (Punkt9, Punkt12). She has a huge fan community on Facebook, and Venus intends to take full advantage of her level of popularity.

Angie Katze has already posed once for Venus cameras, and a second shooting for poster images is to follow shortly. However, the main focus will be on her media presence up until the start of the show, and her physical presence at Venus. Angie Katze is currently being prepared for her appearance at Venus by a personal trainer, plastic surgery, catwalk training and much, much more—all under the permanent watchful eye of the TV cameras.

Since 1997, Venus-Berlin has been annually presenting the latest trends and novelties from the worlds of adult entertainment and lifestyle. With more than 400 exhibitors and 6,000 trade visitors from 60 countries, Venus is the biggest international trade show of its kind in the world. On an area covering 30,000 square feet, producers and wholesalers will be presenting their services and products from the realms of fashion and love toys. But even manufacturers with a less pronounced affinity for adult entertainment, such as beverage or furniture manufacturers, or suppliers of computer software, will be present. They all stand to profit from the 28,000 consumers drawn to the show every year by Venus’ mix of professional product information at the stands, combined with sexy entertainment on the show stages.
