Al Bloom Returns to Cal Exotics

Industry veteran and director of marketing for California Exotic Novelties, Al Bloom, is back with the adult novelty company after a two-month medical leave.

Bloom told AVN.com that he is a 100 percent healthy and back to work. “A lot of people don’t know I’m back, so I definitely want to get the word out that I’m fine.”

“I also want to thank everybody in the industry for their support, as well as all my co-workers at Cal Exotics. I’m happy to be back.”

Bloom has been with Cal Exotics since June of 2003, and has been in the adult business for an impressive 36 years. He founded Chicago-based Capital News in 1970 and started Caballero in 1979 (buying the company in 1985). Bloom stuck with Caballero until moving over to Doc Johnson in 1993. Then he jumped to Goalie in 1999, where he worked until May 30 of 2003.
