Zöe says she's working on getting a federal restraining order against the agent because the same things have happened to her, repeatedly, on a national basis. "Most of my battle [with this agent] were last year," said Zöe. "I had six contracts cancelled on me."
The hunt's also on for a dancer who, presumably, had her jaw broken by the same agent. She could be a trump card in some future legal action that could constitute the basis of a class action suit.
