MIAMI - Publisher David Santa has announced the relaunch of Adult Stars Magazine under new management and ownership.
Founded in 1996, Adult Stars Magazine has produced movies (I Dream Of Teeny), launched the online Porno News Network and hosted the Adult Consumer Choice awards. The magazine branched out into talent management as Adult Stars Management and helped build the careers of numerous girls including former ASM vice president Jill Kelly.
Santa has teamed with music industry vet Nicole "Bentley" Ippolito of Fort Lauderdale-based N-Vision Entertainment to give the magazine a new style modeled on Maxim and FHM.
"This isn't going to be your father's Adult Stars Magazine," said Santa. "The direction we're taking the magazine in is sexy, trendy and most of all, bad ass. With the pictorials, articles and attitude, ASM is going to be that cool kid that everyone wants to hang with."
The new Adult Stars Magazine will debut later this year.
